Miscellaneous manuscripts, 1866-1875.

Consists of three letters: one dated 11 December 1866 to J.W.R. Eyton, concerning Richard Shepherd's edition of Blake's Songs of Innocence and Experience (London: B.M. Pickering, 1866); one dated 24 June 1869 to "Dear Madam," concerning Blake's Songs and Gilchrist's Life of Blake (London: Macmillan & Co., 1863); and one dated 1 February 1875 to "Dear Sir," in which he asks to borrow a book by Maimbourg to show to Dr. Newman (possibly John Henry Newman). Also includes a clipping from a dealer's catalog advertising these three letters and two by his father, William Pickering (also in the Library's collection).
